​Partnership Community

The “Partnership Community” represents the collective conservation partnerships within the Western Alaska LCC.  Included in this community are many landscape, marine, species, habitat or issue specific partnerships, management and organizational representatives and other conservation partners.  Those within the Partnership Community participate in various panels or working groups set up by the LCC; review LCC guidance documents in order to share their partnership’s priorities; ensure the LCC is complementary to, and not duplicative of, existing partnerships; and increase efficiency by leveraging funds and collaborating on projects.   

There are many existing Partnerships within the western Alaska geography.  Some of the key partnerships who have missions which make them potential partners in the LCC include:
